Hi, I'm new to BOL and any information will be appreciated.
I'm creating a call monitoring audit for deposit accounts and one of the criteria's is "Recording Disclosure" for outbound calls. I am looking for a USC code to support auditing this criterion. Please help

thanks for your response. I am actually looking for a regaltation or any bank related info to support the our representative telling a customer that " this call will be recorded and monitored for training and quality purposes". I have been challenged for requesting a representative do this.

Ok, now I understand.

But, unfortunately, I have no idea where such a law would be recorded. I know it is also a state law issue, so if you're calling within your state (I suspect you are), you may need to research that, too.

You might try a google search, since this isn't peculiar to banking.
