Where can I find Section 129(e) of TILA? The final rule of HOEPA refers to this section. It is at the top of page 16 of the final rule. Thanks.

Everyone has a copy of the FDIC Rules & Regs @ FDIC Rules & Regs

Just click around until you find category 6500, "Consumer Protection."
