We have a loan to purchase commercial property- the property is zoned commercial but has an old junky house on it. The house is being converted to office space for the commercial business. HMDA? Also, when determining HMDA, does it make any difference whether the property is zoned as residential or commercial?

Since the house will be used for office space, it is not HMDA reportable.
