Loan rate sheets (advertisement rule) - when there are fees charged for special circumstances, such as trust reviews for trusts, must this be reflected on the rate sheet as a finance charge, or is it a given that rates reflect a "normal" loan to 1 or more borrowers, not incorporated nor "trusted".?
