Is anyone aware of any federal statutes or regulations that require that the dates payroll checks will be issued be disclosed annually to employees? If so, what statute or regulation?

I don't know if it is required, but my bank did provide a list of all pay dates this year.

In California, a Bank must post the day, time and place of regularly scheduled paydays. Check your state law.
