That sucking sound you hear is the BOL Watercooler sucking me back in. I swore I was retiring and actually kept out for a while. But like CubDave and Para-gone before me, I just keep coming back. (Although, unlike Mr. P, in doing so I am not violating the wishes of the BOL staff.  ) I wish things would get nasty or boring again so that I could stay out. OK, no more posts for today. If I just take it one day at a time I'll break this spell.

What does Michael (Al Pacino) say in Godfather III: I try to get out but they keep pulling me back in ... something like that anyway. It's like a magnet, isn't it? I also have gotten into the habit of visiting the cooler more than once throughout the day just to see what is going on. It is becoming a habit ... bad or good.

BOL on a friday night is the highlight of my week! Well, may be seeing the steelers win tomorrow will be pretty good too.
yeah, i loved WKRP, and the turkey drop episode is my favorite sitcom episode of all time...but somehow i thought Michael P would be the first to comment on my tag line being from Cincinnati and all.
