Currently, my institution is in the process of evaluating multiple positions throughout the organization focusing on effeciencies, job/task redundancies etc. This is the first time that I have been assigned the task of evaluating company positions, not the actual people. I am looking for feedback, insight, shortcuts etc. that any of you can share with me to shed some light on what direction I should move in. kmorin@baystatesavings.com

Go here: Compensation website This used to be called the American Compensation Association. You might also check with your's state banking association to locate a source to help you.
