State of confusion
OK, Sorry but it has been so long since I have done a mortgage for a trust. Do all of the documents ususally have to say trustee? Or is it only the mortgage and note that have to have the whole 'as trustees of the blah, blah?' I can't remember and my brain is not functioning today! My system that generates documents does not allow me to put in anything but an individual on a fixed rate 180 month loan. BTW it's a Freddie Mac Loan???

I think you have to go into Adobe to change your docs. We have everything signed as both individuals and trustees of the blah, blah, blah.
