It brought back some emotions that I thought were finally gone (it was a bad breakup for me, with lingering ill effects), and I thought this girl was out of my life (actually two days ago I deleted her number from my cell) Do I call her back? Why do you think she called?
She called again.
I didn't call her after the last message, and she called on Friday to ask me to a movie (we were big movie buffs when we dated - TWO YEARS AGO), and she sounded really flustered (like she was nervous about asking me). The worst part about it was that she called when my girlfriend was right there - she heard the message and got upset. I have not talked to the ex at all, so I know she does not know I have a girlfriend. After that mess, I deleted her number from my phone.
So do I email this time, or just don't do anything and hope the lack of talking to her will put the message across?

Tell your current girl that you want to call the ex and tell her that you have a new girl and that it's not appropriate for her to call again.

Very good advice Dave. Hopefully it will work.
My boyfriend's ex still calls, even though he told her that he doesn't want her to any more. We just don't answer the phone...I really feel sorry for her now. I cant quite understand why she doesnt move on.

So I emailed the ex (since I deleted her phone number). I just sent a quick message saying 'sorry i didn't call you back, i was at my girlfriends all weekend' - I figured that was subtle and not harsh.
We'll see if I get an email back.

yea, same here, usually there is none and people have to make some because their life is so boring, theres no work drama, people just start stuff so they have somehting to talk about

Ron Meixco and Fightin Blue Hen (not sure that's the right order) are both in PA.. if I recall right...
