We have several mortgage subsidiaries, each with a number of branches. Does anyone know what kind of signage these branches require? I know Fair Housing, HMDA, CRA, FHA/VA if approved, but I can't think of anymore. Thanks!

I think you have covered them, unless of course they take deposits and I assume they do not.

There is also a 5 Plus 3 human resources poster. Andy's personal web site has a signage check list which is very good. I recommend using it. There are links to it in other posts if you do a search on signage.

Dallas - are these mortgage subs originating or brokering out the loans? If they are not an originator I don't believe they need CRA or HMDA.
