Does a loan with a 1 year term, monthly interest payments, and a single principal payment require the 'balloon maturity disclosure' to be written into the note? Or does it not apply since the monthly payments are interest only. Is there any reference to this in UCCC?

I don't know about OK, but it doesn't in IN.

As far as I know there is no cite in the UCC but I would think you do not need a disclosure as it is considered a single pay note with interest only pmts.
