Is anyone using an off-the-shelf Reg E claim tracking system that they would recommend?

At my last bank we used a combination of tools but the tracking was integrated with the security database we had to track investigations, repayment agreements, etc. It allowed customized input fields, letter templates and a tickler tracking system for key dates.

This also tied claims security was reviewing for fraud and such with Reg. E claims.
