Would anyone have any guidance on the use of a bank owned vehicle by an executive officer on a regular basis (ie he keeps the car at work and at honme)? If I recall, there are insider rules governing this but I have not been able to locate it in Reg O.
I thought there was something on Bankersonline site too but have had no luck with my searches.

There isn't anything in Reg. O. You may want to check tax laws and perhaps with your Controller for more info.

Go out on the IRS website and find the publications. You're looking for Publication 463 - I forget which page the employer-owned vehicle information is on, but it's easy to find once you find Pub 463.
