A client of mine, a fairly large federally regulated financial institution, is looking for a compliance officer with a stong background in residential mortgage lending programs (conforming, non-conforming, FHA and VA). They need assistance in the area of automated (computerized) loan documentation systems. They have retail and wholesale mortgage lending programs.
