Does anyone have a form they have developed to track dispute resolutions through E Oscar? The FDIC wants something in writing to record our disputes. I am not familiar with the day-to-day operations of resolving these disputes so I am not sure what all should be on this type of form. Thanks.

I'm in MackenzieS' boat and would appreciate a copy too. Or maybe it could be put on BOL tools.

Thanks in advance.

E-OSCAR has reporting features that we use to track our disputes. I'm not completely up to speed on how to access them just yet, but I know we can print or export reports on a monthly basis that show the disputes we have replied to as well as those we initiate through E-OSCAR. It also offers a productivity report that tracks the volume of disputes you are processing with an average response time and notes how many were not responded to in a timely fashion. Would these reports work?

Can you explain to us how to get these reports? Or even if you know the report titles? I am gathering this information to pass along to our clerk that performs this function for us. I am just not sure how computer literate she is and if I just say "there are reports available through the system that will document the resolution process, you just need to find and print them out..." she is going to look at me and go "huh?".

I appreciate all the responses I would just like something a bit more solid to tell her to do or where to go within the system. Thanks so much!

I'll try... I'm not the most computer literate person, but I can generally manage.

When I log in (I think I am set up as Compliance Officer as opposed to User or Administrator) there is a tab at the top on the left for "Reports". Then another set of tabs appear for "ACDV report", "AUD report", "Audit report", "Report card", and "Management". Then under each of those you have report options. For example, under ACDV there is "Activity report", "Delinquent queue", and "ACDV details". For the ACDV details (which I think brings up the actual ACDV) you need the control number which I believe you can get from the activity report. I haven't tried all of these yet.

What I have found most useful so far is the "Report Card" tab. It gives you a "DF Response Report Card" where you can look at your overall activity and response times for the last three months. We access this and export/print it monthly (since it only goes back for 3 months) for our records.

Hope this helps.

It is very important that anyone using the EOscar system take the training provided at the EOscar site. The staff at our institution that uses EOscar has taken the tutorial more than once. It takes time but is well worth it.

Hope I'm doing this right, but before I hit "Submit" I do print the dispute for the customer's file.
