I slightly remember reading something about recent changes or amendments to the provisions of Regulation E. Am I imagining this, or have there been recent changes to the regulation? If so, can you tell me where to find these changes? They might have even been proposed changes. Someone please reassure me that I am not losing my mind!!!

There hasn't been any thing I would define as recent. I think it was last Sept. Available here.

John provided us with some insight on this here.

66 FR 15187 03/16/01 - Commentary updates (ECHKs, RCKs, bill payment services, etc.)

66 FR 17786 04/04/01 - Standards for e-delivery, new model forms

66 FR 41439 08/08/01 - Lifts mandatory compliance date for 04/04/01 issuance
