I've had another itinerary change and now I will be in to BWI in time for dinner. I arrive at BWI at 3:41pm. So count me in for dinner plans. I don't have any suggestions though.

My only suggestion at this point is to outlaw those restaurants with the 4 dollar signs behind them and possibly the 3 dollar signs - don't want to blow my entire budget first night out!
