I think because I cannot answer the first two with any certainty--the times change so much--the last one pretty much exists at all times. I am a horrible napper though. I always have to be doing something. However, I fall asleep during any movie that goes past about 9:30. That might be because I am usually up and working at 5:30 am. Lately, I have been sleeping in until 6:30 until I overcome my sleep deprivation. There is my dollar answer to your ten cent question.

Yikes. I just read this thread and this is a sleep deprived bunch. Eight hours is recommended. At the turn of the 20th Century, our mostly agrarian society got 9 hours sleep. One hundred years later, they got an average of 7.5. It doesn't sound like BOLrs are even getting that on average. Artificial light is the culprit. God knew what he was doing when he set the time for the sun to come up and go down, but we think we know better, don't we?

Bed: 11pm - 12 (if I go to bed earlier, I wake up too early)
Wake: between 6:15 - 6:45, depending if I have a meeting. ALWAYS set the alarm clock to a different time each day, so it keeps me on my toes in the morning.

Nap: Necessity on weekends, sometimes nap when I get home from work if I have a big night planned.

I'm EXACTLY the same.

I always take a nap on a Saturday afternoon, after I've had a morning workout, lunch, and while watching the Yankees. I LOVE doing that.

No, too much to do is the culprit!!
