I am doing my first Reg 0 audit and just thought about Illinois law affecting Reg 0. I quickly skimmed the Act and think 205 ILCS 5/32, 34, 35 and 37 deal with this issue. Am I missing something?

5/37 would cover the limits for Reg O. But to my knowledge, that State conforms to the Reg O limits.

I have no clue, sorry. I would check your bank's bylaws to see how voting is covered there. If it allows for electronic communication, you may be alright. If it requires something to be done in person, you may be out of luck.
