I do have a question for you, since you are in the area and show lots of banking experience. Is there any training that you would recommend for learning more about the rules and regulations about the returns area of a bank?

Sounds like you're talking Reg. CC, UCC, NACHA and ?
It's possible the Fall session of the Center for Financial Training Western States (CFTWS)will have what you're looking for - phone (303)825-1590 or www.cftws.org. There are many outside training vendors too numerous to mention, including of course BOL's Learning Connect.

You would probably get a better response if you post this question in the Operations Forum. Good luck.

Does anyone know what FINCEN or FDIC is requiring for MSB indepentent audits. We are a small business and are wondering what level of audit we need? Can we do it ourselves??

Go to http://www.msb.gov/ and all of the requirements, along with training materials are available.
