I work for a small bank in the loan ops dept. We have been open almost 6 years. We need to find out the guidelines for record retention. We only have 1 branch office & I don't think they would be willing to pay for the online service BOl offers. Any suggestions as to where I can gather info on record retention? Thanks

Most state banking associations have record retention guidelines for sale. Ours were about $125.

Financial Managers Society also produces a Record Retention Manual.
