Does anyone know where I can find the definition of a loan production office in Indiana. I know that in Kentucky this office cannot fund the loans themselves.

I searched the IN Code and could not come up with anything.

You may want to telephone Rick Nelson in the Banking Division at the IN DFI. 317-232-3955, or contact a bank in your area that is currently running a LPO. Monroe County Bank in Bloomington has a Loan Center, but I'm not sure if it operates as a LPO. Their phone number is 812-331-3555.

I'd called the DFI yesterday trying to find where to look for LPO's and they returned my call today, but I was in meeting. The person was Gina Williams at 317-323-4851 and she stated in her voice mail that she could answer questions concerning LPOs.
