Where can I find in the FDIC Regs exactly what numbers we use when calculating the legal lending limit? I have always used the last filed call report numbers. Now a lender is saying that we can recalculate every day and use those numbers....Please help !!!!

As an FDIC bank, would you not be subject to state law on legal lending limit?:
