Is anyone familiar with AZ law regarding HUD-1s? We were told that a "pre-audit HUD-1" is signed by the borrowers, then funds are released and a "final HUD-1" is signed by the Title Company/Escrow Officer. Is this an accurate statement? We have been releasing funds with the pre-audit HUD-1 and requesting the final HUD-1 as followup. Is that an acceptable practice?
