He's been set up. I hope he goes free. By the way, I haven't followed the case at all, so I don't know the facts. Either way, I think he was framed and people are looking to get paid.

Truthfully I don't know what the real truth is here. None of us ever will. I think they are probably going for a big payoff, but at the same time if you see a creature acting like a duck for enough years, and enough people call it a duck, and it keeps on quacking like a duck...at some point I say 'hay, that is a duck!'

I don't think he is guilty in this case but I do think he has done it in the past. However, this is America. We don't send our celebrities to jail. At least not when a jury is involved.

It is somewhat sad in that as much as I think he is a total nutcase, can this man ever be judged by his peers.....he has no peers. He is a nutcase that is for sure, but does he deserve to go to prison because he is a whackjob? Don't get me wrong, I think he very well could be guilty, but the sad thing is, I don't think anyone will truely know if it is guilt due to the facts in the case or guilt due to who he is?

I think he is guilty, but will probably be found not guilty...the family of the child is not credible, and right or wrong, they will be looked at as gold diggers...I agree with DQ...very sad what he has turned into
