I'm looking for some ideas on Training Software. What I need is a program that will track training that has been scheduled or completed. Reports that are required are by employee, by course, by date and by instructor.

You might want to look at the Aug. 7 thread called "Anyone Using Online Training?".

You could create a report like this using Microsoft Access if you do not locate an existing program.

I've used First Financial's product and BVS' product. Both track participant results. Both are user friendly and internet based.
