We are planning on constructing an employee training center at our Bank. We are using an old board room which is about 16x24. I am interested in any recommendation or problems that other Banks who have planned this type of facility have run into. Thanks

We have multiple training sites, due to the distance of our offices.

Good idea. However, if it is more costly have employees to travel to the location - and they are traveling a long distance - more than one site may be useful.

Positives: better scheduling/availability of room, equipment can remain in the room.
