What kind of problems? I'm thinking of paying Fiserv to run OFAC and the FBI Control file against our database early next year to assure compliance, so input would be appreciated as I'll pass it on prior to signing up for the service.

Don't give FISERV or anyone else the control list to run for you. This is a confidential list that is not to be distributed.

Not correct as Fiserv has applied for and received permission to maintain the lists from regulators. Most outsource entities have done the same to assist customers as is the case with Fiserv.
