I am concerned that I will not be able to identify a robber if that ever happens to me. Do you know where I can find a sketch of 'body parts' like different hair styles,thin or full lips,eye shapes, ect? I would like to be using this paper every day.Thank you for any help!

I am not sure where I got my pages showing the shapes of the eyes, etc. The pages are numbered, but does not tell where they came from. I would be happy to email copies. Also, we have in our "packets" forms that we would write descriptions. I would be happy to send all.
We use bright neon envelopes that hold 8 1/2 X 11 pages. One envelope at every desk and teller station. This needs to be located quickly and anyone sitting at that desk.

The link doesn't work for me now, so I'm not sure what the article said. I'd just like to add a thought that we don't want to broadcast our procedures or general banking security procedures in an open forum like this, anonymous or not. The less detail here the better.

I fear the story is gone as I don't see it on the site any longer.
