K--does that mean that you are older than me?
No, you are older than me, but just a few years.

Silly Jeremy, stick with Ang.
(Besides, I am not in OK anymore and I wouldn't wish my trust issues on any man, especially not the sweet ones.)

I think that since you asked if age matters, it might. If it doesn't matter to you, there would be no need for you to look to others for approval. Consider carefully why you asked the question, you'll find your answer.

I'm with Nan on this one. And doodlebanker makes a very good point as well.
I dated a guy who was 10 years younger than me back in my mid 30's. I didn't know how old he was until after we'd started dating, and he was a fun guy to hang out with. But I did learn after not long that he and I were in very different places in life. We could enjoy ourselfs when it was just us, or with his friends on a casual basis, but he was very uncomfortable with my friends who are for the most part professionals.
A 29 year old guy who wants to hang out with 18 year olds and their friends???? That's just not a good guy to be hanging onto.

What happened to moral values in this world? If he is someone that you are afraid to take home to your parents because of what they might say, then that has "Wrong" all over it. Why would you want to date someone that much older than you? It's not at all about having fun. From experience: what you do now, will affect your future. Just because everyone else does it means that you should do it to? Present choices make future consequences. Think about it.

I have to say that the older you get the less of an issue it becomes... some of my closer friends are 10 -20 years older than me now. but at your age it makes a huge difference. I will be 28 in 2 weeks and the person I was at 18 and what I wanted in life and the person I am now are sooo completely different. I have always had a thing for older guys (though my husband is only a year older than me), but when I was younger my mom would always ask what a 25 yr old had in common with a 17 year old (or what ever age combo)... at the time it didn't make sense to me, but I see where she was coming from now.
