We need to display our lobby compliance posters in a more visual location. Does anyone have a suggestion on where they purchased a wall frame? We currently do not have them displayed in a frame and I would like to do this. Thank you.

We bought large frames and had mats cut for the disclosures we were displaying. Additional disclosures are added in separate frames due to costs.

Your Marketing Dept. may get catalogs displaying frames to order with the typical disclosures.

Bankers Systems sells a nice wall display with required positngs.

We also used Blouin. They do a very nice job, they have the standard language for certain notices and they match your bank's colors. The signs are easy to replace when something changes.

I am "it" in our bank and I really do not have the time to make the signs, copy them, cut out mats, etc. and then distribute; but I can order new signs and send them to the branches out of town when someone goes that way.

Not to be taken as an endorsement for the company, I am sure there are others that do the same thing. You might check with Marketing to see who they use.

I had a frame-shop make a wood frame and mat board for the display. The mat board had a separate opening in the back for each notice so that an "old" notice could be removed and replaced any time there was a change in the required wording (address of regulator, etc.)

I know this is an old post, however I have been trying to
find the "nice wall display with required postings" on Bankers Systems and am having no luck. Is there a specific place I need to be looking?

We actually made them ourselves
using plastic poster frames
(24" X 30" (available
at craft stores ) and matting
and inserted the proper signage. As
we have acquired different banks,
we can change the matting to suit the
decor. They actually look nice!

Kara, I bought mine from Bankers System in 01, it is a smoke colored plastic that holds 5 posters, then you have to order the posters separately. I couldn't find the picture on their web catalog but I looked at my old bills and found it. I will send the info to you if you like

No offense to any of our vendor friends, but why don't you take a set of disclosures to a local framer and ask them what they can do for you. Spend your money locally on a customized product.

Yeah, actually I agree with Andy. The president of the bank's wife does framing as a side job/hobby thing. So if anything I should probably see what she could do for me!

I'm also looking for what exactly needs to be displayed and correct wording.

That's what we have done. Just be sure they don't seal the back of the frame in case you have changes to one of your disclosures.

Be sure and check with your regulator, they supply some signage cheap or even free.
