We are reviewing and updating our wire transfer agreements for commercial customers that originate wire transfers through the telephone or internet and our security procedures.

Would anyone be so kind as to share your forms or procedures with me so that I may make a comparison?

Also we have started a program where the front line people at our banking centers create and send wire request online. (paperless) We are concerned that we will not be receiving a signature from the customer to verify contents and authorize withdrawal from their account. Should we have a form for the customer to sign?

We are setting up a system for front-line employees to enter wire instruction into Lotus Notes. The system generates a serial number, and we record that number on a branch wire log. The customer must sign the log next to the serial number.

You mean that when I sign the log, I can see the list of those above me? Sounds like a privacy problem.
