Could you be more specific in what you hope this training program to include? Is it for training the Disaster Team, the bank staff, the Disaster Coordinator?

I agree with you, first: you create a Disaster Recovery Plan/Policy/Program, Second: Training.

Actually, since no one know what mkmak's program is, how could you come up with training?
