Can anyone recommend a good, cost effective sexual harassement training program?

We conduct ours through our on-line training program. But prior to that, we looked locally for consultant that performed that kind of training. She did a good job, you may want to try that avenue.

Are you seeking a how-to program or a how-not-to program?

I have never had to have training on how to sexually harrass my co-workers.

Seriously Suwannee, when I saw the smiley face next to the title of the thread I had to look. Too funny.

Kim, I also suggest an online training session, depending on the size of your institution.

We have developed and market a sexual harassment CD and training guide designed specifically for banks. It provides training for both management and non-management employees. Send me a PM and I will send you details. Thanks

California state law requires two hours of sexual harassment prevention training for all supervisory level employees every two years. I don't know if a computer based training course will qualify for two hours of training.

We use a video put out by Kantola Productions. Phone 800-989-8273 for a catalog or visit www. kantola.com
We have found the video to be informative and to-the-point.
We train on an annual basis with the video and re-distribution of the policy. It is also a good idea to get policy/ training acknowledgements from your employees.
