Is the requirement to give the insurance sale disclosure at application a part of Reg Z? I can't find where its at in the Reg.
Can anybody point me towards it?

Look in section 343 of the FDIC Rules and Regulations.

Is that the same regulation for disclosing Mortgage Insurance? There is some type of form that shows when the mortgage insurance stops, like when it drops below 78%. Is that the same regulation?

Nope, that's the Homeowners Protection Act (HOPA).
