Needed a good pick me up this morning, so I'm listening to The Sickness by Disturbed, and listening way too loud

I am not familiar with this band or CD, but The Sickness by Disturbed does not sound like a "pick me up," it sounds like a diagnosis for Lexapro. At least the band name and title sound depressing. Is it really a pick me up?

In CD player right now...self-made Best of Led Zeppelin (2 CD-Rs), Best of Jackson Browne (2 CD-Rs), the Kingsmen's Greatest Hits (you know, "Louie Louie") , I also have a CD-R of a sermon from church,

Z - it really is. It is an alternative band that is loud, hard, and fast. Since I gave up coffee, it really works!

Saw them in concert and Wow! I saw them with Kittie, Drowning Pool, Adema (when they were really good), and Systematic. Great concert!

Creed "Greatest Hits" which is a joke because they only had 3 albums but the wife bought it so I had to burn it.
