Here is another example of a band who just can't seem to get a decent Greatest Hits package. I have Time Flies, but it does not have: Hip to Be Square, Jacobs Ladder, Perfect World, I Know What I Like, Back in Time, Couple Days Off, Walking a Thin Line. Wassup with that. There is an import that does a better job, but is still lacking a couple of these songs. I could download them, but in the infinite wisdom of the recording company, only one of these songs has a studio version available for download. These recording companies are so backward thinking!

Well, I've had Ben Folds Five's first CD in my collection for years and have never listened to it. Well, I've now listened to the first couple of songs and musically, I am impressed, but lyrically, he is just a coy smart*ss joker. I'll keep listening, I've been told it gets better. And I am probably being a little harsh. I'll give it more time to sink in. (That is, if I can--I turned it off, not because I didn't like it, but because it started to skip wildly.)
