What information are we allowed to report to the credit bureaus on the various types of bankruptcies?

Example:
Chapter 13 restructure where customer is paying monthly payments based on bankruptcy orders and we have a portion of the loan balance that has been charged off per bankruptcy. Are we allowed to report the loan as a charge off status with original charge off amount?

I had no response to this question the last time I posted. Is there anyone with an opinion on this?

When the debt is discharged you'd have to show a zero balance owing. I think the remainder would be "included in bankruptcy." But I'd certainly feel better if you verified with your credit rep.

This has been asked before. Let us know what they say is correct.
