We have a customer who filed an unauthorized EFT claim. In his letter, he specifically states the charges were unsuccessful attmepts to purchase something online and the product was never provided. By nature of what he's stated, these transactions would NOT be unauthorized, and thus, NOT subject to Reg E's error resolution procedures, right? Am I offbase here?

I'd say they are subject to investigation, but you'll deny the claim as it was authorized.
