Oh but remember the Broncos back to back Superbowl wins....they seemed pretty consistent then.

WY - still a CO girl, though
I remember, but remember the seasons leading up to them, they weren't 100% every game....

So...you tell me what team is. As far as I can see most teams this year are far from 100%. Even Pittsburgh and New England have not looked like the superstar teams they were expected to be. The Broncos are now tied with their 2-1 records so far this year.

Way to go Raiders.

My 2 favorite teams are:

#1 - Redskins
#2 - Any team that beats the Cowboys!

Raiderette - I'll buy you one when the bar opens Friday!

Who would have thought that there would be 3 4-0 teams at this point? Better yet, who would have picked the Colts, Bengals and Bucs to be those 3 teams?

Oh had sad. Great first quarter and then the Chiefs left the stadium. Don't they know how hard that is on a fan's heart to go from such a high to such a low.

Sorry, KC. I can only imagine what I would feel if the roles were reversed. Plus how much damage there would have been to my living room.

Last nights game was a heart breaker. I really thought the Packers had it there for awhile. I was really hoping they were gonna pull it off.

Who thought that they were actually going to hang around? They are in-line for the first pick next year. Reggie Bush in Wisconsin?

I'm thinking AJ Hawk would be a better pick for the Green Bay Swiss Cheese defense.

I HATE ohio state and we should beat them this weekend (I hope) but Hawk and that other hippie LB that needs a haircut will both be 1st rounders.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery.

"Hawk and that other hippie LB that needs a haircut will both be 1st rounders."

I agree with you here (on both points)

The Bengals played Cleveland, who are playing surprisingly well. They beat the Vikings, who were a preseason pick for the playoffs. They beat the Bears who have a great defense. They beat the Texans who have a great uh well uh big whole in their offensive line!

The Colts beat TN (a questionable team at best). They beat the Ravens, who were picked to be a playoff caliber team despite having Kyle Boller as their QB during the pre-season (I'm basking in joy watching them implode). They beat Jacksonville, another team that was expected to do well this season. Finally they beat the Browns, who while not expected to do much are looking pretty good on the field. (Boy do I hate that!)

The Bucs have beaten Detroit (yawn), Minnesota (a preseason favorite for deep in the playoffs), Buffalo (supposed to be great), and Green Bay (picked to do well, not doing well).

Washington beat Seattle (favorite to win their division) in a close game, Chicago (great defense, lousy luck at QB), and Dallas (Parcells is still Parcells).

Overall, I'd say that these guys are playing good teams. They are just beating them, thus making their records bad.

NFL is played on the field people, not on paper. Each one of these teams have 12 more games to go. We shall see how meaningful or menaingless some of these starts really are. The Packers just blow however.
