I'm with you Anon - Carlton definitely did a stupid dance to It's Not Unusual. There must be another dance that Ron's talking about.

I freaking love Pee Wee. I used to watch it all the time. I remember my mom saying she didn't like me watching it because "that guy is creepy".

I remember walking around my neigborhood with this girl listening to it over and over because she was in love with Bon Jovi. I didn't like the song but I liked her.

If you have a son or daughter in their 20s you distinctly remember paying for all of that! I don't know how many Strawberry Shortcake dolls, Babysitter Club books, etc. I paid for. You haven't lived until you are driving a carload of kindergartners around who are singing along with popular songs. Those songs are stuck in my head too!

I bet. I often wonder what my daughter will think of everything that I thought was cool when she is my age now.

She will laugh at you. That's her job! But she will keep you current on popular music if you are willing!

One of our favorites was "Dolly Pops"...little plastic dolls you popped in and out of plastic clothes, scenes, etc. She had a stage you could twirl her around on for a fashion show. We still laugh about her!

Yeah...I don't think I will mind. My mom was really good about that. She would listen to stuff my brother and I did. She even went to a couple of concerts...well we were young so she took us to a couple of concerts. It was cool because she was the one that asked us if we wanted to go.
