Does anyone know what a FDIC FIL-11802B IT Merit exam is? I've been on the FFIEC web page for their work books and don't see something mentioning this?

Well, I could tell you what it is and where to find information on it, but on August 18th 2005 the FDIC rescinded the MERIT process and auditing methods. Here's a link to the announcement: MERIT Rescinded
