We need to file a UCC in Ontario, Canada. The info we received from Ontario is that we could set up an account - this will take 2 weeks, we will have to maintain a balance, and pay a regular fee. OR He gave us a toll free number so that we can buy forms from a vendor that we can complete and mail in for filing. We do not typically do business with customers in Ontario, so I don't really want to invest in a bunch of forms we won't use. Does anyone have experience with this - suggestions, or maybe a form I could use?
