I am not a BSA expert...I'm filling in for someone on vacation who usually handles this information!

I am verifying a CTR for a business in which multiple individuals made the deposits, therefore I need a Part 1 section B filled out for each individual. Does Section A need to be completed on each additional Part 1 along with the section B? I think it does, but someone else is telling me it doesn't, because it is the same person on whose behalf the transaction is conducted, just the individual conducting the transaction is changing.

Any input?

If all deposits were made to the same business account only 1 Section A is required, and you would have a Section B for each person who conducted a deposit.

Thanks for your reply, so on the extra part 1's that we complete, we should just leave section A blank and complete section B for the additional individuals?

Correct

The general rule of thumb is: You should only identify an individual or entity once on the CTR.
