On the road...
With everything going to "risk" management... are there any recommended courses, seminars, etc... available on this topic? It has been awhile since I graduated and I need a refresher course.

A good place to start is HERE, an FDIC page that is linked to web media presentations relating to risk management. It's for big banks, but you can pull out what you need in your set of circumstances.
