State of confusion
This is no longer a topic on all regs and I was thinking it was gone from your options on Freddie Mac as with the limited cash out option. Can anyone tell me if I am missing something? I am hearing that it just got re-offered by Freddie but I don't see anything. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Special Purpose Cash Out Refinancings are discussed in chapter 24.7 of the guide. Their revision was discussed in Bulletins 2005-1 and -2.
