Please answer quick!!! Customer closed on the sell of his home on 11/15/05. He is closing on the purchase of new home on 11/16/05 which we are the lender. What address do we put on loan docs? I am in a brain fog today.
Assuming "Customer closed on the sell of his home " means he was the seller in the closing and didn't sign any note or mortgage on 11/15;
AND
The collateral for the 11/16 closing's note and mortgage is the house he purchased;
Then, the address on the documents MUST be that of the new home.
