My favorite way of answering that question:
Doctor: How old are you?
Me: 24 and 1/2
Doctor: You know you stop answering that way when you are 9.

I'm chronologically 47, and look close to it, but you'd have to ask my wife and kids how old I behave. Usually, it's around 15, occasionally 30. Depending on the day, three teen-age sons and their friends can either make you feel young or "too old to rock & roll, too young to die"!
