Can anyone point me to the regulation for state chartered Michigan banks about lobby hours? The question has come up on a future bank branch and the possibility about having slighly different hours than 8-4. I'm having trouble finding any (clear) guidance. Any boutique bankers out there??? Although I haven't researched it, I'm not aware of any state law that prescribes certain banking hours. I know of one bank in Michigan that used to close at noon on Wednesdays (and maybe still does), though I don't recall whether the drive-thru remained open or not.
