"E" is a consumer reg so it won't apply to a business account. "CC" is not strictly a consumer reg so it could. Being a "savings" account though, it is excluded under the definitions (see the OSC). (I answered a "CC" question, AND I had a filling done at lunch. )

Fillings, kidney stones, being deleted from BOL - you're just really having a rough week! Maybe trials and adversity make CC not seem so yukky.

AND the OCC published its Q1-03 CRA schedule today. I'm there.

you are right Andy, it is excluded from Reg CC account definition. Reg CC commentary 229.2(a)
